RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. The items must be in new condition and in original packaging.
Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
Note that we do not include shipping fees in the gift card amount.
Exchanges depend on existing stock. Customers are financially responsible for all shipping costs associated with a return. Online store credit's will be credited the full amount for the returned item(s) including taxes. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. Always retain proof of postage. 1 of 1's, custom pieces and made to order items are final sale.
Any item(s) purchased at regular price before the start of a sale may not be exchanged for items at sale price. We will not issue a credit for the difference in price on items purchased before the start of a sale. All sale priced/discounted item(s)(including discount codes) are final, no exchanges or store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For US and International returns, on your commercial, please mark the return shipment as "CANADIAN GOODS RETURNING”.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Most orders will ship within 1 to 7 business days after your order is received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / CUSTOMS
You are responsible for all duties and taxes on your order. If you refuse a shipment from ANCHORSAND, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ANCHORSAND. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit.
ALL APPLICABLE CUSTOMS FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES REQUIRE THAT WE STATE THE VALUE OF THE ORDER DIRECTLY ON YOUR PACKAGE. IT IS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF CUSTOMS AGENTS TO RELEASE YOUR PACKAGE.
CANADIAN SALES TAX
All orders shipped inside of Canada are subject to government (GST) and respective provincial sales taxes (PST/HST). (This only applies to Canadian shipments)
INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED ORDERS
If your items are returned because of an invalid or insufficient address, our because your order was unclaimed we will have to charge you to reship your package. If you do not want your package to be reshipped, you will be issued a store credit for the order total. The shipping amount and the cost of returning the package to ANCHORSAND will be deducted from your store credit amount.
PACKAGE INSURANCE / LOST PACKAGES
We have partnered with U-PIC to offer package protection and insurance on all your orders (some International restrictions apply). With this partnership your order will be protected from lost and stolen packages, as well as damage occurred during transit. Claims must be filled with 90 days from the shipment date. For lost parcels you must wait 21 days for domestic and 45 days for International shipments. For shipments to Italy you must wait 60 days before filing. Once a claim is approved with U-PIC you will either receive a replacement, or be reimbursed for the cost of the items.
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard, American express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or through Paypal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, first-born children or nude pics.
Sizing varies by style, so please read the product description or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you the item measurements.
By using our website, you agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your local currency.
All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mis-listed, ANCHORSAND reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that ANCHORSAND shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, ANCHORSAND shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. ANCHORSAND cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by the ANCHORSAND customer service team in a timely manner. ANCHORSAND reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time.
